IPN (Instituto Pedro Nunes)

 
Instituto Pedro Nunes was set up in collaboration with University of Coimbra in 1991. This non-profit institution encourages a solid connection, based in innovation and quality, between companies and the University. In order to instigate technological advances, it has infrastructures of its own, namely a set of six highly advanced laboratories. As a result, IPN promotes the creation of spinoffs, supporting original ideas that come from the labs, the private sector and teaching institutions, particularly from the University of Coimbra.
